The copying or redistribution of any of our products without the agreement of Udevix is prohibited. The use of any part of our products’ code is prohibited. By purchasing a product of Udevix you shall use each product on a single website (domain) only. In order to use a product on your development domain, indicate it when downloading the product. To use the same product on another domain, you have to purchase it again.
Once the payment is received and verified the product and its license key will be available.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We do not provide free installation and support services.
If you need support or installation services you have to indicate it when purchasing a product and such services will be included into price.
Support services include answering technical questions about product’s features and assistance with reported bugs and issues.
Support services do not include installation and customization services. Support services do not include assistance with any issues with 3rd party products.
Our response time to support requests can take up to 3 days. After purchasing a product you have the right to customize it.
Pay attention: once you have modified the product’s code, we will take no responsibility in case any problem has arisen.
In order to make the product work, our support service can undo modifications you have made.
In case you want us to save all your modifications and make the product work, you will have to purchase customization services. We guarantee a 30 day money back after your purchase.
